The Champions of Hope Weekend Experience
Champions of Hope Weekend is an annual, invitation-only event hosted by Samaritan’s Feet that allows us to engage deeper with some of our current and prospective partners.
For the past two years, we’ve had the pleasure of hosting some great friends of our ministry at Champions of Hope Weekend events, and we have been blown away with their responses:

This year we are looking forward to the third Champions of Hope Weekend, which promises to be another extraordinary occasion. It’s an inspiring event that will impact your life, while helping Samaritan’s Feet build partnerships that will expand our global footprint in providing shoes and a message of hope to those in need.
The weekend provides a wonderful atmosphere for couples to spend time together away from the daily grind while pursuing a higher purpose with an organization that is impacting the world. Terranea
Rancho Palos Verdes, CA
The host resort for Champions of Hope Weekend 2017 is Terranea, Los Angeles’ oceanfront resort. A land unto itself, this 102-acre private peninsula paradise will transport guests to a whole new world minutes from the bustle of L.A. On three sides, guests are surrounded by the tranquil waves of the Pacific. As the location of many Hollywood films and television shows, all who come to Terranea feel as though they’ve walked onto the set of paradise.
POOLS
Terranea boasts three complimentary unique pool experiences, including the Cielo Point pool perched above the sea in a bluff-top setting.
SPA
With 50,000 square feet of space, the award-winning spa, salon, wellness and fitness center blends a tranquil Mediterranean ambiance with state-of-the-art design.
GOLF
Terranea offers a nine-hole, par three golf experience, set apart by lush natural terrain and dramatic vistas overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Guests also have access to the Trump National Golf Club located just minutes from Terranea.
ADVENTURES
Terranea offers aquatic sports such as ocean kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, as well as surfing lessons and extraordinary tide pooling. Guests wishing to remain on land are invited to hike through Terranea’s two miles of coastal bluff nature trails with panoramic views of the ocean and migrating whales or to enjoy a horseback ride, a guided bike ride or a lesson in falconry from the resort’s falconers.
